MAINTENANCE PART PLAN

The MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan covers manufacturer-specified parts and labour related to certain wear and tear items.

The MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan covers your essential wear and tear components and related labour outside of the MazdaCare® Service Plan. The purpose is to give you peace of mind that you are covered when unexpected costs are incurred related to certain wear and tear items on your vehicle.

The plan covers maintenance repairs due to normal wear and tear as determined by industry norms. For example, brake pads are generally replaced around 30,000 km and rear linings around 45,000 km.

Components outside the manufacturer's specifications or usage deemed excessive by the Administrator are not covered.

• Should your vehicle have an active Inclusive Service Plan or an active Extended Service Plan, servicing requirements covered under such plans will not be authorised under your Maintenance Part Plan.
• Should your vehicle have an active Inclusive Warranty or an active Extended Warranty, repairs required due to mechanical or electrical breakdown covered under such plans will not be authorised under your Maintenance Part Plan.
• The plan does not cover non-standard components, modifications, daily maintenance checks, wear and tear deemed excessive by the Administrator, or repairs resulting from accidents, intentional damage, rust, or misuse.

If your odometer fails, inform the Administrator immediately and arrange for repair at an Authorised Mazda Dealer. The Administrator will estimate kilometres travelled while it was inoperative.

Authorised Mazda Dealers use genuine parts and trained technicians, ensuring optimal performance and maintaining the validity of your Maintenance Part Plan.

Regular maintenance and genuine Mazda parts improve reliability and resale value, making the vehicle more attractive to buyers.
